Sleep Lunch & Learn
Join us for a free event with sleep coach and RN, Christina Bombay of The Mama Coach for an informative and practical workshop aimed at helping new parents grasp the vital role of sleep for both their babies and themselves. In this session, we will explore effective strategies to establish healthy sleep routines, recognize common sleep challenges, and create a safe and soothing sleep environment. Our experienced facilitator, a registered nurse specializing in family health, will provide evidence-based tips and answer all your sleep-related questions. Whether you’re struggling with sleep deprivation or just looking for ways to improve your baby’s sleep habits, this workshop is for you.

Wicked Sing-A-Long (Galentines!)
Belt out your favorite Wicked tunes with your gal pals of all ages at our Wicked Sing-Along event February 1st at 6pm at The Well!

Join us for a fun musical night for the whole family! Enjoy desserts and sign along to your favorite Christmas classics - led by the most talented youth performers around!
Each ticket includes dessert and drink, per ticketed person. Additional drink tickets available for suggested donation.
ALL proceeds go toward scholarshipping women in need for 2025.

Next Door Photos is a business that works with realtors and photographers- we take photos here in San Diego, and then outsource the editing to women in 1 of 3 third world countries, that are survivors that have been rescued from human trafficking. Come learn about how you can be involved!
